A sofa being repaired after cat scratch damage.

This sofa was one of our driveway finds. It was such a solid piece of furniture that we decided to repair it so it could serve us for the time being while we get ready to buy a new one. I am not uholster neither had tools to tackle this, but luckily fabric wasn't too thick, and the seat cushions had removable covers.  beforeI decided to do patchwork. To get this repair completed, I used two of the pillows. I thought it would look interesting, as well as the pillows have been too small to just use them as replacement material. This left sofa with three pillows instead of five, which didnt bother us at all

before Because I removed side pillows, I was left with patches of plain cotton fabric on the sofa arm.  I had to hand-stitch matching pieces of fabric since it wasn't accessible for me to reach any other way. 
And here is the final result :)
